The Question

Question number one I'm sure you're asking. Is this right or wrong how can I know?
If I can be the one to give the answer I'll tell you in a hundred years or so.

I knew when our two worlds first collided. I had a special feeling from the start.
It may be only Friendship I can give you. But what I give will come right from my heart.

Can you accept the friend I want to be? Don't wonder if it's right or wrong for you.
Just take it in the way that it is given. I'll be a friend, ... or more.
Time takes care of things like that too.

We're searching for a love that will not die. Sometimes it comes and never tells us why.
Some day we'll find that love, Both you and I. It may be ours, we'll know if we try.

Don't look back on the past that you're leaving, or too far ahead, cause you can't see.
Just take the day that you're now living. and come and spend to day with me.

At times, the chance that we are taking. Can fill a lonely day for you and me.
And when you find the answer to your question, lets take a chance on love and friendship too.

So question number one, if you're still asking.Is this right or wrong, how can I know?
Just take the chance that right might be the answer. It will take time, my friend, before we know.
All that is worthwhile takes time, you know.
